Customer Disclosure Regarding Storage Fees
In accordance with the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act (CRS 42-9), Driven Diagnostics LLC is required to inform customers about potential storage fees that may be applied if a vehicle is not picked up within a reasonable time after repairs are completed.
Storage Fees:
Driven Diagnostics LLC charges a storage fee of $50.00 per day for any vehicle that remains at our facility beyond 3 business days after you have been notified that the vehicle is ready for pickup.
Notification:
You will be notified by phone, email, or text when your vehicle is ready for pickup. If your vehicle is not picked up within the 3-day grace period, storage fees will begin accruing at $50.00 per day.
Reasonable Fees:
These fees are designed to be reasonable and are consistent with industry standards. If you have any questions or concerns about the storage fees, please do not hesitate to contact us.
By leaving your vehicle with Driven Diagnostics LLC for repair, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the storage fee policy.
